Job Overview:

The Instructional Designer designs, develops, and maintains digital learning content for corporate and site-based teams across Australia and beyond. Working closely with subject matter experts, the role transforms operational knowledge into engaging, compliant, and accessible eLearning aligned with adult learning principles.

This is a content creation–focused role—you will not be delivering or facilitating training but will be responsible for building effective and compliant eLearning content from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).

• Conceptualize and build digital content from storyboard to final deployment.

• Translate complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences aligned with adult learning principles.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to storyboard, script, and deliver learner-friendly content.

• Upload and manage eLearning modules in Velpic LMS or similar platforms, ensuring content is tested and accessible.

• Use design tools to enhance visual and video elements of learning content.

• Maintain version control, update modules as needed and contribute to digital learning libraries.

• Monitor learner progress, analyze feedback, and continuously improve content effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in instructional design and digital learning development
• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)—a must-have
• Proven ability to conceptualize, design, and deploy eLearning materials end-to-end
• Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Velpic preferred)
• Experience in industries such as construction, resources, or remote site operations
• Exposure to blended learning models (digital + in-person training)
• A creative mindset with the ability to apply visual storytelling and instructional design best practices
• Excellent attention to detail, project coordination, and time management
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with remote teams across time zones
• Creative, strategic thinker with strong planning skills and a proactive willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with Canva, AdobePro, Camtasia, and tools like Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint is also required for content creation and collaboration.
• Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
