We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing and reviewing the work of other accountants, as well as maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Australian accounting, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and intermediate to advanced Xero software skills.

  • Manage and review the work of other accountants to ensure high-quality results
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Complete all types of accounting work for clients, including BAS, IAS, FBT, FTC, DIV7A, tax returns, and payroll
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Australian accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Intermediate to advanced Xero software skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to lead a small team and review work from other staff
