The role involves:

  • Analyzing functional specifications, requirements architecture, and challenging requirements architecture to draft design options
  • Assigning tasks/defects to team members using a predefined strategy and their skillset
  • Ensuring team alignment and informing about requirements, risks, and quality of the project
  • Following principles and directions defined by the SA, ensuring the technical team adheres to them
  • Preparing discovery questions, participating in meetings for lead qualification & opportunity development
  • Following up on issue defects reports, conducting historical analyses of test results, and integrating quality results into project plan updates
  • Updating documentation regarding tasks and code, following standards in project documentation
  • Creating and delivering accurate reports for task status, remaining estimates, etc.
  • Validating defects reported and providing guidance on priority and next steps
  • Responsible for team deliverables quality
  • Coordinating with the rest of the team to sync and assess risks and their impact on the project
  • Removing roadblocks on tasks for team members by providing answers or facilitating getting them
  • Supporting mentoring delivery and career coaching for team members, guiding the team in using information-sharing tools
  • Monitoring implementation of best code review practices, implementing peers' code review activities; escalating problems in a cross-function matrix environment as needed
Required Skills:
  • Previous experience as a senior role in software development teams
  • Previous experience in web development
  • Previous experience in eCommerce projects
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and quickly switch focus between them
  • Understanding of customer business needs and priorities
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions
