Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a talented technologist to take on the role of Lead Systems Architect and provide technical leadership for our engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the technical architecture for our AI agent platform, as well as mentoring and guiding a small team of engineers. They will collaborate with our founders, product, and engineering teams to align architecture with business goals.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and optimizing scalable front-end and back-end systems using Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs. The candidate will also develop automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.

Additionally, they will manage and optimize deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors, oversee Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance optimization, and implement and maintain secure local and remote deployments, with Cloudflare for instance management.

Required skills and qualifications include proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration, advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API, strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development, hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design, and experience managing remote deployments and instances (Cloudflare preferred).

Preferred skills include enterprise-grade security architecture experience and familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks.
