Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a proactive ERP Order Coordinator, driving order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations within a manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order visibility and propose process improvements where necessary.

  • Manage and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.

A strong background in ERP systems and excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.

In addition, you should possess high attention to detail and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based manufacturing or supply chain processes.
  • Prior experience working with remote or international teams.
  • Process improvement or operations analyst background.
