We are seeking a skilled multifaceted professional to fill the role of Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator.
This dual position combines apartment leasing coordination and social media management for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:- Leasing Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs (Google Docs, etc.).
- Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
