ServiceNow Application Engineer

This is a long-term contract position for a skilled ServiceNow Application Engineer with a global client in the technology and enterprise services domain. The role follows a hybrid model, with part of the work onsite at the client's office.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve the ServiceNow SAM Pro platform and its integrations.
  • Be responsible for the full software asset management lifecycle, license tracking, data analysis, and reporting through tools like Power BI.
  • Support integrations with SaaS platforms and help streamline workflows using low-code tools or ServiceNow Flows.
  • Work with APIs, handle authentication processes, and support data movement across systems like data lakes and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure proper configuration, monitoring, and reporting across the ServiceNow environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow, software asset management, and data integration.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
