Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Specialist to play a key role in maintaining and organizing our vast collection of visual assets.

This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining a comprehensive visual assets management system, ensuring easy retrieval and usage of assets across departments. They will oversee categorization, naming, and file size of visual assets to streamline search and retrieval processes.

The ideal candidate will serve as the contact person for questions related to visual assets and copyright use, collaborate with relevant teams to identify new visual asset needs, and ensure that all newly acquired assets have the appropriate copyright release and usage rights.

About the Role
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive visual assets management system.
  • Oversee categorization, naming, and file size of visual assets.
  • Be the primary point of contact for visual assets and copyright use queries.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify new visual asset requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all acquired assets have proper copyright releases and usage permissions.
  2. Regularly update the visual asset catalog with new additions, removing outdated or irrelevant items.
  3. Provide training and support to staff members on accessing and utilizing visual assets effectively.
Your Profile
  • You hold a degree in Library Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • You are flexible to work on-site and commit to part-time hours (15-20 hours per week).
  • You possess proficiency in digital asset management software and tools.
  • You excel in organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a strict and organized system.
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
