Job Description

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement crisis prevention programs and processes.
  • Monitor crew performance and maintain office organization and orderliness.
  • Lead service crews for highest product quality and supplies availability.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reports.
  • Execute cleaning activities, including opening and closing procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a college graduate degree preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business related course, Behavioral Science, or Industrial Engineering courses. A minimum of 2-3 years supervisory function experience in a restaurant or quick service restaurant is also required.
