Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments and recommend learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to create relevant, high-impact content.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions for various teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and participant feedback.
  • Continuously improve learning strategies based on insights and organizational needs.
  • Work onsite during graveyard shift to support global operations and ensure training continuity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on curriculum design and facilitation.
  • Proven ability to work with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate training impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and adapt to a graveyard shift schedule.
