We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create pixel-perfect, branded UIs that translate business requirements into reality
  • Own end-to-end design for client delivery projects and solution showcases
  • Adapt core product features and UI patterns to diverse client use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate rapidly
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts
  • Evaluate and refine designs through rapid usability checks
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showcasing client-facing apps or websites
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX under deadlines
  • Expert command of design systems, style guides, and brand application
  • Exceptional attention to detail in visuals, micro-interactions, and handoff specs
  • Structured process including research, sketching, prototyping, testing, and handoff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with insurance industry is a plus but not required
