Senior Digital Designer Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned digital designer to join our organization. This role is part of an innovative team that drives customer experience transformation through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
  • Develop assets for organic/paid social, CRM, and display for both static and video digital placements.
  • Apply conceptual thinking to forge and execute exciting digital ideas.
  • Design digital storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Seamlessly adapt digital marketing assets across various touchpoints.
  • Manage and prioritize the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality digital design work.
  • Ensure cohesive digital design across all touchpoints by guarding the global brand identity guidelines and translating them into creative projects.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and encourage idea exploration.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to raise digital creativity standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay up to date with industry and digital design trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 years of experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio credible in digital design.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong skills in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Efficient, organized, able to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual thinking and strong creative instincts with willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, driven by creative excellence.
  • Strong work ethic.
