Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business goals into design: Use research insights to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that meet growth objectives.
  • Craft user-centered experiences: Apply design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility (AODA/WCAG compliance), and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for small and mid-sized business clients.
  • Develop interactive prototypes: Build prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Support product implementation: Work closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, guiding implementation through launch.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment; industry experience in digital agencies or SMB-focused solutions strongly preferred.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, with strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • UX & Accessibility Knowledge: Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
