Job Overview

The role of a Graphic Designer involves designing and customizing WordPress themes to create visually engaging, user-friendly websites. Our ideal candidate will balance website creation for clients and marketing design initiatives, requiring the ability to translate marketing goals into effective design strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and customize WordPress themes to align with branding and UX goals.
  • Create visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns.
  • Optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices.
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers on integrated designs.
  • Enhance user journey and experience through layout and design improvements.
  • Support marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all digital properties.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and WordPress innovations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in web and graphic design.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Background in web and graphic design with a proven portfolio.
  • Skilled in translating marketing goals into effective design strategies.
  • Clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients.
