Imagine a role where your experience and expertise can make a meaningful impact on the success of our projects. We're seeking a seasoned, licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to act as Engineer of Record on a flexible, part-time basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for a semi-retired engineer who still loves the work but prefers fewer hours and no direct business development or staff management. You'll review, advise, and seal designs prepared by our skilled team of civil engineers and drafters, with final oversight from our founder.

As Engineer of Record, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing geotechnical and structural calculations and drawings
  • Serving as EOR for select U.S. projects
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable codes and high technical standards
  • Supporting our design team with clear, practical feedback

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 12+ years of experience in geostructural or civil design
  • Comfort reviewing work by international teams
  • High integrity and a strong sense of stewardship
