Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor notifications from sub-custodians and external vendors, process complex issues via the corporate actions system.
  • Instruct sub-custodians and/or agent of fund manager decision, effectively keep clients and fund managers informed of all actions at all times.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to corporate actions analysts; ensure effective use of staff resources.
  • Reconcile cash and stock entitlements from SSR system, document and reconcile internal suspense accounts.
  • Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, functional knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. You must also be able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
