Job Summary

We are seeking a world-class professional to fill this critical role.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and customer-facing experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presents technology solutions to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers
  • Works hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of technology throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintains a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors
  • Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve products and marketing
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience working in customer-facing sales engineering (tech pre-sales) role
  • Strong competency on modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science, and data apps
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python knowledge is a plus
Desired Skills:
  • Data Science knowledge and experience
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Software development experience with Java, Spark, and other scripting languages
  • Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technology and cloud data platforms
