Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Lease Compliance: Ensure tenants comply with lease agreements and company policies.
  • Financial Management: Oversee rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and manage property transactions.
  • Marketing and Tenant Acquisition: Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and grow our rental portfolio.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Vendor and Payroll Management: Manage vendor relationships and process payroll for maintenance technicians.
Requirements:
  • Communication and Coordination: Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Financial and Data Management: Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, and managing property transactions.
  • Marketing and Tenant Acquisition: Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Vendor and Payroll Management: Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll.
  • Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented: Experienced with property management software and virtual tools, with strong attention to detail.
