Job Purpose

This role entails driving dealership growth by recruiting and onboarding new partners, fostering lasting relationships with existing ones, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Recruitment

  • Craft strategic plans to attract potential dealers through various channels.
  • Execute recruitment-related activities in line with set schedules and guidelines.
  • Present the company's business model, products, and opportunities compellingly to potential dealers.

Relationship Management

  • Nurture strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Provide personalized support to existing dealers, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
  • Engage proactively to understand their goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions.
  • Implement relationship-related activities such as Heart-to-Heart, Progression Meetings, Appreciation Meetings, and Weekend activities.

Dealer Onboarding and Training

  • Guide new dealers through the necessary steps to become successful partners.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on products and sales techniques, collaborating with internal teams to develop materials and resources.

New Dealer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for potential and new dealers.
  • Address questions and facilitate the transition of new dealers to the Dreams Achiever program.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis

  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and work collaboratively with dealers to capitalize on these.

Coaching and Training

  • Coach dealers on management, progression, and achievement of personal goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance their sales and marketing skills, collaborating with the Center of Excellence for materials and resources.

Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis

  • Develop and implement effective direct selling plans.
  • Monitor dealer performance metrics, providing feedback to optimize revenue and address challenges.

Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting

  • Drive and monitor sales through recruitment efforts and activities like Barangayan, Recruitment Parties, and Grand Recruitment Day.
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports on activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in direct selling, dealer recruitment, or similar environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational skills.
  • Flexible with schedules and locations; capable of performing under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
