The Role: Industrial EngineerWhat will you do?

  1. Driving performance.

  • Lead and deploy all manufacturing processes in compliance with LEAN and SPS principles.

  • Drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction programs.

  • Develop, motivate, and challenge team members to achieve targets.

  1. Implementing SPS system.

  • Ensure sufficient capacity and utilization for production lines and equipment based on peak production forecasts using CAMA, LADM, and MPH analysis.

  • Optimize control by Poka Yoke / Jidoka in all cells through process quality improvements.

  • Ensure productivity through DLP savings, design time reduction projects, KD improvement projects, ergonomic assessments, and process design improvements.

  • Qualify new projects and processes for smooth operation.

  • Achieve and maintain targeted SPS scores through continuous improvement tools, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing.

  • Ensure all activities and products comply with safety, quality, health, and environmental standards. Optimize processes and measure metrics for improvements.

  • Maintain disciplined processes, including procedures, equipment, visual aids, and fixtures, to support production schedules.

  • Execute Manufacturing Engineering functions aligned with business objectives and policies, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing defects.

Who would be successful?

  • Graduated from a Technical University or similar institution, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

  • At least 5-6 years of practical experience in advanced manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

  • Business understanding in line design, Kaizen, process improvement, and lean concepts.

  • Location: Rosario, Cavite

  • Work arrangement: 6x a week, full-time onsite
