POSITION TITLE: Dreams Fulfillment Officer

LEVEL: Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Cluster Head

SUPERVISES: None

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment, execution of intentional activities, training, and coaching of new and existing dealers. Works closely with the Cluster Head, Happy Customer Supervisor, and other key personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures achievement of sales, recruitment, and progression targets.
  • Executes branch Intentional Activities for sales generation and dealer engagement.
  • Monitors daily KPIs using the Sales Web platform.
  • Completes the IA Tracker via iCheck daily.
  • Updates dealers on Marketing Division and Dreams Fulfillment Department programs.
  • Conducts training programs for existing dealers, ensuring materials and tools are up-to-date.
  • Coaches dealers on management, progression, and goal achievement through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
  • Promotes and sources out Great Life Managers or Directors.
  • Conducts intentional activities as per schedule, including Appreciation Meetings, Recruitment Initiatives, Grand Recruitment Day, and other sales and engagement events.
Relationship Building
  • Conducts Heart to Heart 1on1 Face-to-Face sessions.
  • Follows up through calls and meetings.
  • Ensures quality and continuity of business for new recruits.
  • Collaborates with the Happy Customer Supervisor to resolve dealer concerns and address recurring issues.
  • Ensures compliance with sales and administrative reporting requirements.
  • Supports special projects like Suyod and performs other tasks as assigned.
