Job Title: Claims Operations Analyst

This role is responsible for managing the claims process from intake to closure. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the claims email box and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Set up claims in ImageRight and the Claims system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Collect and report necessary data from claim files for mandatory reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with Claims, brokers, external vendors, and insureds to resolve claims efficiently
  • Process subsequent transactions on claims, including expense and indemnity payments, vendor payments, and contact management

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial claims
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make critical business decisions effectively
