Job Title:

Ambitious Salesforce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and gather information to understand the needs and challenges of our clients.
  • Work closely with client employees and stakeholders to gain insights into existing processes and systems.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies and solutions to address those areas.
  • Develop and document detailed plans for implementing changes, including recommending software systems or workflow redesign.
  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements.
  • Contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models to help support business requirements.
  • Support the delivery of workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals.
  • Provide expertise during pre-sales in order to provide technical solutions and develop and review proposals.
  • Deliver the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology or relevant courses.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as Salesforce Specialist.
  • Background in workflow configuration.
  • Experience in project delivery role.
  • Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support.
