This role is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the success of a high-profile Salesforce project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of software developers, ensuring that they are working effectively towards delivering a high-quality product. This will involve analyzing functional specifications, challenging requirements architecture, drafting design options, and providing guidance on priority and next steps.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers to deliver high-quality solutions using Salesforce
  • Ensure that team members are aligned and informed about project requirements, risks, and quality
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a senior role in software development teams
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and quickly switch focus between them
  • Understanding of customer's business needs and priorities
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
