Salesforce Data Migration & Data Quality Professional

Are you a detail-oriented data specialist looking for a challenging role? We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Migration and Data Quality professional to ensure our Salesforce data is accurate, consistent, and ready to support our sales and operational teams.


In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and executing data migrations, cleaning and enriching records, and maintaining Salesforce as a trusted source of truth. You'll have the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness of our sales and operational systems and contribute to company success.


This position requires a strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and SOQL queries, as well as experience with Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships. You'll need to have advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, Fuzzy Matching, deduplication, filtering, and sorting. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Salesforce reporting is also a plus.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets and complex CRM systems, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in technical, hands-on work. If you're passionate about clean, reliable data and enjoy solving data challenges, we'd love to hear from you.


  • Prepare and execute data migrations from legacy systems into Salesforce
  • Export, clean, and standardize large datasets for import
  • Identify and merge duplicate records while preserving key information
  • Enrich account and contact records with missing details such as addresses and company data
  • Standardize field formats (phone numbers, picklist values, number fields, etc.)
  • Maintain ongoing Salesforce data hygiene for accuracy and reliability
  • Use Salesforce tools, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and SOQL to query, analyze, and update data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and ensure smooth data transitions
