Account Management Role

This is a full-time position specializing in helping brands scale their operations on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts, including customer service.
  • Conduct daily product listing checks for accuracy and performance.
  • Communicate proactively with customers via email or phone.
  • Handle product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback effectively.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics to address issues promptly.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales potential.
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis).
  • Attention to detail and high sense of accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven work style.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business and accounting principles.
