Warranty Coordinator Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Warranty Coordinator to join our dynamic group. As a Warranty Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the warranty process from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient resolution of issues.

  • Manage warranty claims and provide timely updates to customers on the status of their requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all warranty-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze and resolve complex warranty-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track warranty claims from initiation to closure.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all warranty-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warranty management and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate repairs and resolve warranty-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warranty management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
