Key Responsibilities

The Pricing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Business Operations team, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Deal Leads, Partner Management, Solution Architects and Service Delivery.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate pricing models/quotes for in-flight deals in a timely manner, ensuring seamless alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information requirements, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy in client-facing pricing templates.
  • Working closely with Partner Management and solution architects to maintain an up-to-date internal client-facing pricing base, ensuring pricing requests are complete in requested scope and compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring salesforce to manage the queue of pricing requests, allocating work effectively among colleagues.
  • Contributing to process improvements and participating as a team player, ensuring pricing tools reflect changes that enhance user experience.
  • Participating in project teams to implement new pricing technology platforms.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • 3+ years of professional pricing experience, including some experience in international expansion.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience as a paralegal within the International Expansion industry is preferred.
  • Experience in CRM and quote technology is also preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent excel and Microsoft office skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
