Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tax Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, advising clients on tax-related matters, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review U.S. individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
  • Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and structuring matters
  • Represent clients before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collection cases
  • Ensure timely and accurate filings with adherence to IRS and state-specific guidelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on tax issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. tax laws and IRS updates
  • Support ITIN application and acceptance agent services
  • Train junior staff or tax associates as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be an Enrolled Agent (EA) with current IRS credentials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation and consulting.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. tax codes, especially for individuals and small businesses.
  • Experience with tax software and accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with international tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and taxation software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
