Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top tech talent to fill positions with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to final offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical recruiter in the US market, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with business models and the specific technical skill sets required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of tech industry trends and market dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruiting process, and will be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Work Arrangement:
  • 4 hours daily work commitment
