We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to support our HR function. This role involves assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone in the organization.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation. They should be able to work effectively in a global team spanning multiple locations and handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with cloud-based platforms is preferred.
