Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Global Supplier Onboarding function. This role will be part of our global Supplier Management Operations team and involve interaction with global teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, capable of analyzing and processing large volumes of data with high accuracy, and possess multitasking abilities.

This position requires strong understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, as well as experience working with supplier data records. The ability to handle high transaction volumes in multiple languages and currencies is also essential.

  • Manage high transaction volumes in multiple languages and currencies.
  • Oversee onboarding of new supplier records globally.
  • Review and verify global supplier record information for accuracy.
  • Assess and prevent fraud related to supplier setup and change requests.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in AP, P2P, and supplier data management. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, especially Workday, is highly desirable. Knowledge of global tax and regulatory requirements is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify global supplier record information for accuracy.
  • Assess and prevent fraud related to supplier setup and change requests.
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities across the onboarding process.
