Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for handling the ERP process and recruitment Gmail.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Re-formatting, updating, and checking CVs/resumes of candidates who pass the recruiting process to ensure uniformity and accuracy when presented to clients.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:

  • Handle background/reference checks by ensuring they are conducted for all approved candidates.
  • Provide general support to the Recruiting Specialists, Account Managers, and Recruiting Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR support roles, with strong AI prompting skills and attention to detail.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while being available during business hours to communicate responsively with your direct supervisor and teammates.

Some essential tools for this role include ATS Experience, AI, ChatGPT/OpenAI, N8N (ideal), Workflow Automation Tools, Slack, G-Suite, Google Sheets.
