Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage projects and drive operational efficiency.

As a key team member, you will design, build, and optimize workflows in Monday.com, create automations and integrations to improve productivity, coordinate multiple projects, and collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Design and Optimization: Build, configure, and optimize workflows in Monday.com
  • Automation and Integration: Design and implement automations and integrations to improve efficiency
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects and ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-4+ years of project management experience (agency or client-side)
  • Certifications: Specialist-level knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards)
  • Skillset: Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations
  • Background: Background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with ClickUp or similar tools
  • Client-facing experience
  • Exposure to startups, scale-ups, or mission-driven brands

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can take ownership with minimal oversight and has excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
