IT Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Manager to lead our global IT support team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic management abilities.

  • Lead the IT support team in delivering end-user IT services globally, including End User Computing (EUC), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and related processes.
  • Oversee and optimize IT support processes, ensuring service levels are met, escalations are handled, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage joiner/mover/leaver processes, device configurations, and software/hardware upgrades with minimal disruption to users.
  • Maintain and improve IT support tools, systems, and policies in alignment with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and procurement standards.
  • Deliver and support end-user computing services, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, unified communications, and meeting room equipment.
  • Implement and manage endpoint security measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
  • Develop and execute ITAM strategies for tracking and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Ensure accurate asset tracking, inventory management, licensing compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align IT support with broader IT and business strategies, providing technical guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring issues, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to IT support and asset management.
  • Provide strategic input to department leadership and contribute to achieving departmental goals and OKRs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in IT support or related experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a managerial role.
  • Must have stable employment history.
