We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive reliable and timely transportation services.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize NEMT expertise to confidently communicate services, procedures, and best practices.
- Make outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing and overcoming objections effectively.
- Provide outstanding service to clients by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and a clear, fluent command of the English language.
- Manage and organize client schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and documentation tools.
