Job DescriptionChina Banking Corporation is looking for Branch Operations Heads for our Retail Banking Business Segment. As Branch Operations Head (BOH), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. You will report to the Branch Manager and be responsible for the operational efficiency of the Accounting SectionLoans Section.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in any business course; CPA preferred if accounting graduate. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in branch banking operations. At least three (3) years of experience as a Branch Officer.
Customer service-oriented with ability to build relationships with clients. Willing to work onsite. Additional InformationPlease refer to the detailed job description.
The role involves leadership, customer service, sales, management, financial analysis, risk management, regulatory compliance, team development, communication skills, and operational efficiency. Working LocationThis position requires onsite work at our Makati branch.
