Technical Support Role

The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing assistance to customers with technical issues related to POTS, DSL, or PRISM services.

This role involves handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through solutions using set procedures and tools. The successful candidate will also handle callbacks, escalate concerns when needed, and transfer calls to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POTS, DSL, or PRISM services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed
  • Provide training and coaching to new team members on technical procedures and policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with at least 9 months of experience in a technical support role, specifically in a telco account. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly. A minimum of 2 years in college is required. It's a big plus if you have a background working with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), more than 9 months of telco experience, or basic knowledge of how modems work.
