Job Overview:

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective call management, needs assessment, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls from customers
  • Assess customer's needs and guide the customer accordingly

Requirements:
  • Candidates with Call Center Experience: A high school graduate with at least six months of call center experience
  • Candidates without Call Center Experience: Completion of at least two years of college education
  • Willingness to work varying night shifts with flexible scheduling
  • Self-motivation and responsibility for personal learning and development
  • Strong team player with integrity
  • Resourcefulness and attention to detail
  • Fluency in the English language
