Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, as well as minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation. They must also possess expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, as well as proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Reconcile high-value financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes
  • Develop cash flow projections and optimize financial reporting
  • Lead automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP)
  • Excellent English communication skills
