Job Opportunity: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing tenants, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and ensuring lease compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with tenants and address their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
  • Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Oversee financial management, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including U.S. real estate laws and regulations
  • Manage vendor relationships and process payroll for maintenance technicians
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • Proven experience in financial and data management, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and software
  • Strong marketing and tenant acquisition skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
  • Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in property management software and virtual tools
