Price Exception Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Price Exception Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales support mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales concerns within defined processes and service level agreements.
  • Escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with the Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions using the customer relationship management system.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions for consideration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
