Job Title: Pricing Associate Temp

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pricing Associate to join our Sales Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are completed within the defined process and SLAs.

The role involves working closely with key stakeholders, including Commercial Managers and higher management, to deliver high-quality service and maintain IWG's commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of price exceptions and sales support concerns in accordance with established processes and SLAs.
  • Evaluate and escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Managers and higher management.
  • Use CRM system to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Co-ordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or related qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in contract, data or commercial administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and able to multitask.
Technical Requirements
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
