Amazon Account Specialist Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As an Amazon account specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, developing strategic plans, and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting on account health and providing recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Managing Amazon store end-to-end, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
  • Developing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and drive quality traffic.
  • Monitoring campaign metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Competencies and qualifications required for this role include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising/seller central/vendor central ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
