Ecommerce Manager Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Ecommerce Manager to maintain and expand our online catalog of parts and diagrams.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information for seamless customer navigation.
  • Add and update products and parts into the system with accuracy and efficiency, handling up to 1,000+ per brand.
  • Create and manage model-specific pages, ensuring accurate linking of parts to interactive diagrams for optimal user experience.
  • Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories, facilitating easy filtering and sorting for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate understanding of brand structure and technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and categorization skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs.
  • Basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is beneficial.
  • Ability to work during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM New York Time).
