Ecommerce Virtual Assistant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ecommerce virtual assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional support to our ecommerce operations. This includes managing daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks, assisting with customer support and order processing, and helping coordinate and launch email campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks.
  • Assist with customer support and order processing.
  • Help coordinate and launch email campaigns (Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
  • Create simple social media posts and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Support product reviews and feedback management (Yotpo).
  • Update and manage products using Magento.
  • General VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting (MS Word), and basic data entry.
Requirements
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability.
  • Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Initiative: A go-getter attitude with a proactive, even aggressive, approach to completing tasks.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus (training provided if needed).

Work Schedule
