This is a long-term, fully-remote role.

As a Pareto Project Manager, you'll oversee project execution, coordinate remotely with clients, stakeholders, and workers, and collaborate with fellow leaders in continuous process improvement and product offerings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying customer business goals and needs.
  • Setting up and coordinating project execution to successful completion.
  • Communicating transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and growth of customer accounts.
  • Meeting set Project Manager evaluation criteria.
  • Engaging in community activities and required meetings.

Requirements include:

  • An excellent command of the English language.
  • Customer-facing communication skills.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis.
  • Ideally background in computer science or slightly technical.
  • A strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • A can-do attitude.

Tools used include Chrome, Slack, GoogleApps, Coda, Bitwarden, and Loom.
