Construction Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction management group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with project managers to monitor construction work stages and track progress.
  • Developing and implementing risk management plans to minimize potential issues.
  • Reviewing contract agreements and letter of awards for assigned projects.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, including percent of completion certification.
  • Facilitating project meetings and conducting site inspections.
  • Providing recommendations on project authorization orders and other requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and decisive with adaptability to change.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
