
Administrative Policy Coordinator

The primary role of this position is to provide administrative support through email and phone calls, handling policy documentation, work allocation, and resolving billing inquiries. The job involves following specific procedures to close out work requests, monitoring business inflow, and connecting callers to the appropriate personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain regulatory compliance with laws and industry codes.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Process transactions and emails related to products, processes, and policies accurately.
- Provide quality service to meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement training programs on policy issuance procedures and maintain relevant documentation.
- Attend relevant training courses to stay up-to-date on product and process knowledge.
- Handle policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve queries promptly.
This role requires some relevant work experience, preferably in call centre environments with billing responsibilities, increasing levels of responsibility, or policy administration experience.
QualificationsA tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience are required for this position. Territory qualification is preferred, along with vocational/technical qualifications or equivalent work experience.
