Chief Financial Officer Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior leadership position that oversees all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role plays a vital part in shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and financial modeling. They should also possess exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
